I only went on a tour here, I don't live here. But I have to say that the gentleman who showed me around was extremely nice and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I thought that the apartment looked well kept and although a little overpriced, seemed pretty in line with the asking price for most rentals in the area. Most of the utilities were included, which was a bonus. I will definitely think about moving here in the future. The only thing I didn't like was the heavy smell of cigarette smoke when I entered the apartment complex, but I didn't smell smoke in the apartment itself.
