I live in the summer creek apartments, never had a problem with any maintenance requests and the management is fantastic. Maintenance is always friendly and most, if not all, are fixed the same day I request it! The office staff is awesome and always friendly. Whenever I have packages delivered they notify me and if I can’t pick them up before the office closes sad they bring to my door, which is a huge perk!

It's unfortunate that it seems a lot of people have had poor experiences here, I've lived here for the past year and really found the management and maintenance crew helpful, timely, and really focused on good customer service. As for multiple people saying there has been an issue with mice, I've personally never had an issue. The townhomes are situated in the woods, so there's going to be critters here and there. We see turkey and deer all the time, which my kids love. In short, I've never had a problem here that I wouldn't also face at any other rental or owning my own home, but the maintenance staff is always quick to come out and the manager Louise is always open to helping you out. I didn't rent this townhome with the expectation of it being equivalent to a luxury loft in downtown, it is what it is and it's a great value at that. I plan on staying for the next few years while I save up for my own home, and I'd recommend these townhouses to anyone.
