Moved in 8 months ago and absolutely love it. New appliances, beautiful hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room. Anytime I have a friend over for the first time they comment on how nice and lovely my apartment is! They can be a bit slow to respond to maintenance requests that are non-urgent, but after more than one message will send someone out promptly. I’ve lived in a number of any apartments and this has been the best one by far. No major issues at all, and it’s super quiet here.
