Cute studio apartment in beautiful downtown Excelsior just one block from Lake Minnetonka featuring a brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, brand new carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Bathroom has some updates also. Rent is $1,145 per month which includes heat, water and garbage. The Occupancy Limit for our Studio is One Person. We have a parking lot as well as ample street parking or you can rent an underground garage parking space for $65/month. We are located one block from Lake Minnetonka and Downtown Excelsior. Enjoy our clean, well-maintained apartments conveniently located near Hwy 7. Our Resident Managers live on-site and are available to promptly handle resident requests. Smoke-free building. Deposit is $800. We use a third-party screening company and inquiries are made on credit, income, rental history and criminal background on all applicants. 12 month lease. Pet policy: Only cats allowed, one per household with a one time pet fee of $200 and $15/month pet rent - dogs not allowed. Contact Monica for more details or to setup an in-person showing.
