I was out of state and had a lot of questions before applying and she was very patient with me. She was very informative since I wasn’t able to tour the apartment in person and she helped make this process super easy. At move in everything was great, the unit was spotless and smelled clean. It was a lot cleaner than the other apartment I lived in. I needed maintenance for a quick fix and they were quick and efficient as well. There was a young gentlemen that followed up was great and made sure that everything was fixed so I really appreciated that. I feel safe and everything is near by. This is a great place to live at and glad I chose Viridian to move in to.

Bunnell apartments is very nice apartment building. It was a place I lived for over 8 years. Mr. Bunnell is a very nice owner. The daughters have taken over the management of the property. They have maintained the standard of the property as their father. In addition, they are very high priced senior apartments directly in the hood of the city. It is a very bad neighborhood. Gun shots all times of the night. Very violent neighborhood! So beware! You will also notice a lot of music coming from across the fence at the very large apartment complex just across the fence. The music is loud and it is not uncommon to hear very loud music at 2:00 am and 3:00 am in the morning. If you are hard of hearing you won't notice it! Very unpleasant experience. If you are up to the challenge of living in a very dangerous neighborhood and hearing gunshots all times of the night as well as music and noise it's the place for you! Other than that a very nice piece of property!
