I've lived here now for about 5 months and everything has been great. It's been quiet and we haven't had any problems. The pool opened on time and it they seem to also be working on the unit or the landscaping. I will say the laundry room could use a little help. Overall though you really can't beat the price and the location. Sure this place is old and with that you have to expect some stuff is old and outdated but it's noting that can't do/fix yourself. The only thing that plages this complex is the parking. If you have one car you'll be alright but if you have two it gets difficult.

Don't see the problem; apts are a little bit older but they are kept up. Had a good working relationship with the office management, they were fair when we moved out.
