I lived at the apartments for 2 solid years and loved it. Maintence requests were almost the next day or same day depending on when I put it in from the portal. I am a single mom and money was always tight for me, pay check to paycheck after some car problems and had a few months in a row I was going to be late on my rent and they worked with me. And even now, because I owed on some carpet repairs, they are still working with me so I can still take care of myself and pay them off. I have been in many apartments, but this place, if I ever end up with a job with good hours, I would rent from here again.

I loved living here - amazing staff. Take care of you and they make the at home stuff easy. Great all around, clean, looks, people, location, etc. This is like the best mid apartment I've ever had. Corporate is charging too much but that's everywhere because they all think their hot s*** and it won't be coming back around on all of them one day. Anyways - great place, great staff including and perhaps even highlighting the property manager (very respectful, engaging and by the book) - district and regional can suck eggs like every other price gauging POS - but it is better priced than most.
