Carrien the new manager is phenomenal. She really cares about your feelings and making sure you're happy with your home. The maintenance man is on top of it. Living here is a peace of mind when you're having to deal with living in apartments.

Big upgrade from our last place, we got a lot more space for the same rent we were paying otherwise. The neighbors are nice, it’s not too loud, very pet friendly. I don’t have to buy poop bags for my dog because they have them on the property lol :) Everything was in working order when we moved in, and the leasing office lady, Vicki, is super sweet and has been very helpful for us. All in all I really like it here. It’s not the fanciest place but it’s cozy and everyone has been very good to us. If I had one complaint it’s that it’s a bit of a walk from my apartment to the shared laundry room, but you know, I’ll take that over the roaches we had at our last place any day! 😝
