We have been here for a year and really don’t have major complaints. The office has always been really courteous about responding to any issues we have, especially Lindsay. She is fantastic and has always done what is asked. We had an issue with bugs in the unit we are in and she took care of quickly without any fees or issues. Most people living here are super friendly and don’t bother you, really alls you have to do is make the effort if you need something taken care of or be persistent so they don’t forget. I’m sure the staff is busy and sometimes they forget when people reach out. Maintenance is decent, don’t really have an issue with them. It’s not really a bad area to live in, honestly it’s what you make it that gives you a good or bad time here. Hope everyone gets as good as experience as I had. 🩷

Moved here off of a transfer recommendation from one of their other apartments that I completed a 6month lease in. Wasn’t the best but made it work as I am a nursing student and nursing school is expensive so we made it work. From that, we were offered a transfer to another property they had which was Summerhill Place. I will admit I was a little skeptical from reading the reviews I saw before I took a tour of the place but once I got there things were different. Isabel and Natalie are great with helping and understanding. I really appreciated that. The maintenance team is also really prompt. I also like how they have cameras and keeps the apartment areas clean. Despite what the other bad reviews may say, these apartments are actually good. My neighbors are peaceful and the pool is clean. I have renewed my lease 3 times total with the management and don’t regret it. Not sure if I will be renewing again after these last three months are done due to school and stuff but for new tenants it’s actually a decent apartment. I had the 2x2. Updated and clean upon move in. I thank Summerhill place for working with me and my credit as well so I’m grateful. Thanks Natalie and Isabel for everything!!
