I love our neighborhood: Carillon senior living housing is directly adjacent to St. Francis, so the Carillon security guard that patrols makes it a relatively safe area. The elderly are very quiet, so don't worry about raging parties going on. SFV is very close to the university (especially to Commuter Satellite [S1], where the "masked rider" bus takes you to campus, so I sometimes just walk to the bus stop via the trails next to the soccer fields) and Market Street 24/7 grocery. All in all, can't beat it the price and location. (Any JTI property is generally pretty damn good, I've lived in two so far [St. Abby and St. Francis])
