So far, the Boulders is the apartment complex I like the most in Lubbock, I just moved in about a month ago. I have lived in Lubbock for almost 5 years and moved 3 times. I gave 5 stars because the Bounders cares about my needs and their professional way when working with. 1. I like the response of the property manager on Google when I shopped around for an apartment to move in. She's very professional when interacting with, both online and later in person. 2. Erin, another staff, was so helpful when I looked for an apartment in the Bounders. She was so patient to take me to 3-4 apartments and listened to my need so that we found for me an apartment that fits my needs the most. 3. Other office staffs were friendly and helpful when I needed their help. 4. The rent cost is reasonable for the size of my apartment in comparison to the market. 3. It's a beautiful community with a lot of trees. I'm testing, but confident that I can cook in this apartment in the coming summer. My last apartment was so hot in the summer, even though they fixed my air condition, without trees around it, it barely went down to 75oC in the hot days of Lubbock summer. I couldn't cook last summer. 4. I have a new kitchen. Love it. Stove, kitchen faucet, dishwasher, and the fridge; all looks new and clean when I moved in. 5. The office has communicated well about their hours. So, you know when they are there if you need something. 6. So far, they have done well with water pipe system, so I haven't experienced any water cut when I was in the morning shower with full of soap before going to work, which I frequently experienced when I just moved in in my last apartment. 7. The office helps to receive tenant's packages and has space to keep my TV stand and coffee table packages until Saturday when I had time to pick them up. 8. If you need to move out before your lease is up, you don't need to pay the rest. You just need to pay the penalty of $1500. Thank you the Bounders for your great service.
