A+ apartments. The rent is extremely affordable compared to most apartments in Lubbock. There aren't many places with a 2 bed/2 bath for less than $1000 in today's economy. The units look nice, maintenance is good and they work with people with bad credit, and the neighborhood is nice too. The staff is really nice and understanding. They understand life happens and work with you when your rent is late. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. Been living with them for 2 years.
