For the first time in a long time I have a very positive feeling about living here. Today I witnessed the new property manager out on the property and cleaning up by herself. That has never happened in all the years I’ve lived here. It was so nice to see someone actively take an interest in the property & the upkeep. I am hopeful we have an amazing summer this year! Thank you for being the change we need, Cortney! You are refreshing breath of air in this place.

We have been living at Tanglewood for almost 4 years, and previously anything that needed to be taken care of, was not being resolved. Since Minnix has taken over there are many noticible changes. The pool is open for the first time in over 2 years, they are working on fixing up the outside of the residence, and management is willing to help out any time. The past two summers our AC hasn't been working and when we sought out help before, we were told it was the way we were using our AC and we needed to fix it. With the new manager we brought it to her attention and she got someone out same day and they fixed it! Two years of suffering in the heat and within one day they got it fixed! The insulation was sucked into the coil which could have cause a fire. We are so glad and thankful they took the time to listen and get it fixed! We are very happy with the new management and it's a joy living here now.
