I was lucky enough to be recommended to this residence by my friend who lived before me, and had good experiences too. During the year that I had a rented apartment, I never had a problem with anything, on the contrary, the office team is very professional, always available to help, and giving fast feedback on any issue you need to resolve. Furthermore, the location is great, and the price is fair, I definitely recommend it to anyone who is studying or working at Texas Tech University and needs a place close to the university.
