Nicely set up, units have new wood-looking luxury vinyl plank flooring, garbage disposals, dishwashers, full-sized ranges, and refrigerators included in every unit. If you have your own washer and dryer, there's no need to walk to a laundry room as each unit has hookups for a full-sized washer/dryer. As each unit has its own water heater, there's no worry about the neighbor using all of the hot water right before it's time for you to jump in the shower. With central heat and A/C in every unit, plus ceiling fans, you'll keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Each unit also has a private backyard and two full bathrooms with tubs and showers in each. We have an onsite manager to help with tenant's needs and they are very well maintained.
