They are miserable at responding to maintenance requests as well, I waited over a month and a half for a response on the last maintenance request I submitted before move-out. Also, they do a pre move out inspection about a month before your lease ends, but then still won’t have your deposit back to you for almost two months. It’s a family run business where no one is held accountable. Run away from this place, rent anywhere else! Also, the rent will raise $400+ for units at any given time, with no warning so be prepared. They are listing a unit for $1800 now that was $1400 last year, don’t get got!
