We moved into our Blue Dot Place apartment about one month ago. We can say without hesitation that WE LOVE IT HERE! Here are some reasons why: ******* The location is perfect. The downtown fun spots (restaurants, shops, Acacia Park, etc.) are within easy walking distance, and your walk will include great views of Pike's Peak. We have a beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain from our living room and bedroom windows. The apartments are well laid out, and the materials (quartz counter surfaces, under-mount sinks, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, etc.) are contemporary and good quality. The property has less than 40 units, and they are well-insulated. We never hear any noise from neighboring units. Outside traffic noises are also muted (except, of course, when we have windows open). Common areas (including hallways, stairwells, elevator, etc.) are well-maintained. The underground garage parking (one space is included with the rent) is convenient, and carts and dollies are available to help transport groceries and other purchases. The owners are personally involved with resolving issues and answering questions. They respond promptly and demonstrate obvious pride in the property. ******** We HIGHLY recommend Blue Dot Place to anyone looking to reside in the downtown Colorado Springs area.

I moved to Colorado Springs from Ft. Lauderdale in 2021. After traveling to the city and taking time to immerse myself here I chose Blue Dot. The benefits of Blue Dot are many. The owners take a conscious and personal approach to building not just a beautiful and safe home, but also community by creating resident events and getting to know their residents needs and ensuring they are met. The building is beautifully kept, interior garage parking, available interior storage, secured entry and a dog run are all amazing benefits. The apartments are modern, very generous in size and have lovely finishes and balcony views of the mountains that are truly stunning to enjoy. Living downtown enables me to walk to shops, restaurants and parks. Ten minutes away from trails and mountains it is a healthy and vibrant place to live. I highly recommend Blue Dot to everyone and am happy to call it home.
