This place has been great to me and my family. Easy to feel right at home especially with the staff here. Randy the maintenance man is so friendly and quick to fix any issue we have had. Not to mention this neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, we love being right across from the mall and seeing the mountains everyday.

When I moved here 5 years ago, this was a non-smoking complex. No smoking in the units. I was told this by three previous managers as well as the current manager Jordan. My downstairs neighbor chain smokes in his apartment, and the smell makes me physically ill. It comes directly up into my apartment. I complained 3 times to Jordan about it, who said she would take care of the problem each time. Upon my fourth complaint after nothing had been resolved, I had gotten pneumonia, was very sick, and had been to the ER, which I made Jordan aware of. She informed me that she had contacted her supervisor at Dunmire and said these were no longer smoke free apartments. She claimed that since it wasn’t in my lease that there was nothing that could be done and advised me to get an air purifier. When I moved in there was also nothing in my lease about smoking in the apartments but was told by that manager, Jason Hubbard, that it was a smoke free complex. Heather Meyer said it was non-smoking, and Konrad, the manager previous to Jordan also said it was non-smoking. I ended up in the ER a second time with difficulty breathing. Then I went to see an allergist who performed tests to see if I was allergic to cigarette smoke, which I am. I could have a life threatening allergic reaction to cigarette smoke having to breathe it in constantly. I have since contacted my cousin who is an attorney. He told me that my health and safety supersedes what is or isn’t listed in mine and my neighbor’s lease. With all my medical documentation from two ER doctors and an allergist I would win in a court case. That’s where I’m currently at in this situation. Do not move here. Dunmire and Jordan Denman do not care about their residents. If they did, they would not allow smoking in the units where it seeps into other units, including those of non-smokers, and people with children and pets. Everyone knows the dangers of secondhand smoke, and in my case, it can be life-threatening. All they care about is filling units but not about their current residents. Jordan has also lied to me in the past, and does not do what she says she’ll do, like return phone calls, which is extremely unprofessional. There are other current residents who agree with me on the smoking issue. The Vue and Dunmire are going to find themselves being sued. Do not move here. Save your money for a property that cares about its residents’ health and safety.
