My fiancé and I are relocating to the area from SC and stopped to take a look at these as they were in our list to view. The property was clean and the grounds were well maintained. We took a look at the 2 and 3 bedroom units. My fiancé liked the 3 bedroom and it was a VERY strong contender for us. I must say though… the level of customer service was unlike ANY of the other complexes we toured. I believe his name was Davion. When I tell you I asked that young man 10,000 questions and he answered every last one IN DETAIL. He was so kind and patient with me. Coming from other complex tours where the staff was very “stiff” for a lack of a better word it was so refreshing to get a warm welcome, a cold Gatorade, and actually witness how well he interacted and treated the current residents. We were walking out of a building and he knew the many residents by name. That alone spoke volumes for us because moving from our small town in SC to a bigger city we thought we’d lose that small town “community” feel but it was just so nice to see it still alive and well in a big city like Charlotte. We both really appreciated Davion how attentive he was. We toured A LOT of complexes and his quality of service is running laps around that of other complexes in the area. You don’t get service like that anymore these days.
