We moved in at the end of July and have enjoyed our time here thus far! The front office staff and maintenance (Megan + Megan + David) are all so sweet, kind, and easy to talk to! When we first were viewing the property, they made us feel right at home! They do not make you feel like just a “customer” they truly talk to you as if you’re one of their good friends! It makes a huge difference! The property itself is gorgeous and truly one-of-a-kind! The gym is my dream gym, the pool definitely gives resort style luxury, the common spaces are all so spacious and bright, but so cozy! The residents we met once we moved in have all been nice and welcoming as well which is a huge plus! If we ever have any issues or questions, they are prompt at responding! The team here makes an effort to make you feel comfortable and they are all great! The aesthetics are also a big step up from other apartments in the Charlotte area and the distance from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being part of the city is a huge bonus!

My daughter moved to Novel Mallard Creek in June. My husband & I were curious as to why she moved a mile away from where she previously lived. However, after I flew out to visit, I understood why! The complex is beautiful and well-planned. It doesn't feel like a traditional "apartment" at all. She calls it her: "grown-up" apartment. It was exceptionally peaceful and quiet! I kiddingly told her that "we" (her father and I) were also going to move to Novel. Its a special place.
