I have lived here going on 3 years and I love MAA LoSo! The location is great and our apartment has only had minor issues. Manny Williams is a great, attentive maintenance man. He always addresses our maintenance requests in a timely manner and gets the job done correctly the first time. Thanks Manny!

Shoutout to MAA Loso and their consistently welcoming team that keeps everything running smoothly for residents! Curtis and the leasing team are always responsive, quickly addressing requests and answering any questions in a helpful, timely manner. Manny, Raphael, and the maintenance team are also fantastic—always ready to assist with requests, informative, and committed to getting the job done right. Lizzy and Luke keep our community vibrant with a great variety of monthly events. My only issue is with MAA corporate, as they don’t allow us to pay rent in advance!
