We’ve lived in Wildwood for 1 year and 9 months. I would say that management in Wildwood is amazing. All requests were fulfilled quickly. We’ve lived in one bedroom & one bathroom then upgraded to - two bedrooms & two bathrooms - both of them were quite spacious and with good appliances. Nice pool, gym, laundry, dog park - didn’t use them a lot but everything was ok when we did. The neighborhood is quiet and green. A lot of parking space.
I love living here so far. It's quiet, close to so many things, staff is great, and I've had no issues with pests at all. The only downside is the laundry facility bc some washers have been out of service for some time and there aren't many to begin with. But maintenance is pretty quick around here so hopefully it doesn't last long! Highly recommend living here!
2025 is here and I'm on year number 2. I love the memories I've made here so far within our little community. A Special thanks to our office staff And maintenance for accommodating all of my needs and being awesome team you are.

Now, to be honest, this is 5 stars for the price. Of course you should remember that you get what you pay for within reason, but overall, I have been pleasantly surprised by this place and I think my past renting trauma is beginning to heal. Prior to moving in, we were impressed that the same property management company has owned this property for the past decade and the property manager, Angela, kindly and professionally handles any concerns I have as they come up. This solidified our decision to take a chance on this place and really double down on our house savings. Close to bus routes that can take to the closest blue line station in less than 10 minutes, and not far from Park road shopping plaza, which we've come to love, this is a great location for young professionals in Charlotte. I also love that our unit has a patio and fireplace (which we plan on using this winter). So yeah, so far so good. I'm glad we didn't have to shell out close to $2000 each month on a nice place to stay for a few years. I recommend giving this place a chance!

I’ve been living at Wildwood Apartments in Charlotte, The community is peaceful and well-kept, with beautiful landscaping and convenient amenities that make life easier. The management team is responsive and helpful, always addressing any maintenance requests quickly and professionally.
The location is ideal – close to shopping, dining, and easy access to public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with modern finishes that make it feel like home. If you’re looking for a friendly, well-maintained community in Charlotte, I’d highly recommend checking out Wildwood Apartments. It’s a great place to live!

I love this place since I moved in. It’s been awesome. Never had a problem with my apartment my neighbors also awesome and nice and everyone at the rent office is awesome respectful and nice a good place to stay and I’m definitely looking forward to this year. Staying there, peaceful and loving neighborhood.

Mason & the Team at Wildwood went FAR above and beyond to help us hold and eventually get approved for an apartment in a very unique, complicated financial situation. Despite the longer than usual process & hardships involved, the communication, hard work and efforts we received from the leasing team was top notch and exceeded every expectation. In the end, they got us in with the best possible scenario we could have hoped for. Topping it all off, we even got into a brand new apartment!
We attempted leasing at several apartment groups that were quick to dismiss us rather than work with us to find a solution for new home we were desperately in need of. Wildwood offered the exact opposite of our other recent experiences. I could not recommend them more to others in search of a nice, updated apartment in a well established, developed neighborhood that is also in a prime location. Most importantly, a Team that will work with the needs & varying situations we all have!
