I LOVE living at District Flats! The apartments are spacious, and hands down the best value for the money I’ve found in Southend. When I was apartment hunting, I canceled all my other appointments after looking here. The location is on the Uptown side of the neighborhood, which is perfect because nearly everything you’d want to do it Southend OR Uptown is walkable. I haven’t had many maintenance issues, but when I have, the maintenance team has been in within 24 hours to fix anything. Alan and Antoinette in the office have helped me on numerous occasions when I had questions or needed help replacing my key fob. Jessie is super personable and was quick to let me know about a pop up event happening right outside. The residents are nice, and the dogs are awesome. We love the dog park and how our dog can go anywhere with us in the building. The common areas are always clean and tidy. We’ve used the courtyard many many times to grill or hangout with friends; the game room is a great spot to hang to meet other residents or to entertain when we have guests over. I’ve used to conference room and work spaces more times than I can count as well.

My roommate and I just renewed our lease at District Flats and are so excited to spend another year here! The staff is so friendly (we love jessye!!), the building is clean, and it’s in a great location! love the access to the light rail, and local bars/breweries. we couldn’t be happier :)
