However, this arrangement is also suitable for someone who wants long-term stability as the lease has a renewal option for either a 6 or 12 month term. ******************************************** Our landlord is awesome, so we really want to find her an equally awesome tenant(s). To be considered, you must have good credit (700+) and proof of income. If you meet these requirements, read on: The unit is a cozy, modern ground-floor unit with hardwood flooring throughout and a recently remodeled kitchen. The unit also comes with free access to a 2-car tandem parking spot... a BIG bonus in the West LA area. For those who are students at UCLA, it's a 12-minute door-to-door commute to campus! I know because I'm a student at the business school :) For others, it's 0.5 miles from the 405 highway for your commuting pleasure. Santa Monica, Century City, Beverly Hills and all the fun neighborhoods in between (Sawtelle, Brentwood, Palms, Mar Vista) are all less than 4 miles away. One of my favorite things about this area is the location! There are soooo many good spots within walking distance, including several restaurants (ie. Pitfire Pizza, The Room Sushi, Feast from the East, Tacos Tu Madre, Starbucks, etc), grocery stores (Bristol Farms, Sprouts), and your everyday essentials (Staples, 7-11, notary, dry cleaners, etc). Long story short, I love this place and hate that we have to leave. :( But know that whoever moves in will love it.
