I'm sadly moving away from Hoboken and need to fill my open room in uptown Hoboken.  I live in one room of a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. The room includes 2 full closets and enough space for a dresser, queen size bed, nightstand and a desk. I share a full bathroom with one of the the other roommates. The apartment has a huge common area and full kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are all newly replaced by the building. Both bathroom and washer/dryer are located directly outside of my room. The building includes a newly renovated lounge and gym. There is a courtyard with grills. Parking is available on the ground level.  Located in Uptown Hoboken at the corner of 13th and Clinton, the building includes a morning and evening free shuttle to the PATH running every 25 min. Our apartment is within one block of: Trader Joe's, BowTie movie theater, Rite Aid pharmacy, great bars and 126 bus stop. The 126 will get you into Port Authority in NYC within 6-7 minutes during off hours. Utilities on a monthly basis range from $90-$120  About the roommates: Two males in their late 20's. They are both into sports (watching and playing), hiking, music and movies. They tend to primarily go out on weekends but occasionally do the weekday happy hour. One works in advertising, while the other works in tech. They try to keep the apartment clean and sometimes cook in the kitchen throughout the week. About you: Similar age and interests. Someone who is familiar with the Hoboken/NY area. You have a solid job and can responsibly pay rent and utilities on time. You are an easygoing male (preferred) or female that is social and rarely brings the party back home, though once in a while shouldn't be a problem.  We are looking to fill the room ASAP. Upon signing the lease, rent is due as well as a month's deposit. The room is unfurnished but I'm willing to sell furniture upon request. I am listing my room with PRIVATE BATHROOM available in a 2 bedroom beautiful luxury building in Hoboken! Our apartment is huge.. one of the largest layouts in the building. The room I am listing is the MASTER BEDROOM with two closet spaces and a PRIVATE BATHROOM. The room overlooks the courtyard so it is very quiet at night. The living area is fully furnished and I can rent the bedroom with or without the furniture! The lease ends mid November. The apartment building is right next to Trader Joe’s so you won’t have to carry your grocery bags far. The apartment is located uptown but there is a very quick shuttle to the path train! The best part of the apartment is my roommate who i have known for 10 years. He the nicest most respectful guy and the best roommate I have ever had with total positive energy and as an added bonus he has the cutest tiny mini dachshund to keep you company!
