The building is lovely—appears to be impeccably maintained and is bursting with amenities, including a number of public areas that would be convenient for remote work and a nice little gym. The pool areas are inviting. And the one apartment I looked at had enormous closets and felt airy and light. Obviously can’t speak to any issues others have mentioned but I liked what I saw and, again, was pleased with the time and attention Taelor provided.

This is a brand new complex in a great location. It's wonderful being less than a block from two coffee shops and a short walk from shops and restaurants on both Magazine and St. Charles. The rent seems fair. Management was very accommodating with our move, and the one maintenance request we've had was addressed the next day. My only complaints are that the parking spaces are narrow and there is no garbage disposal.
