The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and HVAC centrally controlled by the building, providing AC or heat depending on the season. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets weighing a combined 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies, based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for emotional support animals, and their presence can be declined. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late check-out are available for additional fees.
