My name is Jon, and my current roommate is moving out on May 1st, so I’m looking for a new solid roommate by June 1st. -The apartment is around 840 square feet, and has laminate hard wood floors. -There is a washer and dryer in the apartment -There’s a large outdoor patio that with a view to the west, so there’s plenty of sunlight. -The apartment is on the 5th/top floor of the building, so there’s no upstairs neighbors. -The kitchen is just slightly separated from the living room, and both are pretty well furnished at this point (couch, dining room table, large tv, gaming systems that I use to stream tv and all that) A little more about the apartment: -The complex also has its own gated parking garage if you have a car, the parking fee for that would be $100 a month. -There is a pet deposit for the apartment (if you have any) but prices on that vary. -Internet and electric aren’t included in the rent, but the total for those averages about $60 a month. -There is a mail room in the lobby, as well as larger package mail lockers. To qualify for the apartment you would need to pass a screening application from the apartment management to move in, the process doesn’t take that long, usually 4-5 days.
