Living at The Vic has been a truly positive experience. While there have been some after-hours car break-ins—common in a big city like Houston—the leasing team has been incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing these issues. Since the incidents usually happen outside of business hours, it’s hard for the team to know right away, but they always take action once they’re aware. They’re constantly exploring ways to improve safety, which is appreciated.
What really stands out at The Vic is the sense of community. Whether we live in a house or an apartment, having neighbors who look out for each other is what really matters—and that’s exactly what we have here. When I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment, I was able to ask a neighbor for help and even knocked on a second neighbor's door, and they both came through for me. That’s what I call real community spirit.
It’s not just about the leasing team being great—it’s about the fact that residents here genuinely look out for one another. Break-ins can’t always be prevented, but knowing we have a supportive community and a dedicated team makes living here special. I highly recommend The Vic for anyone looking for a place where both the team and the neighbors are truly there for each other.

Kevin gave my friend and I a tour, he was very pleasant and efficient. He answered all of my questions, didn't miss any parts of the building to tour and he broke the prices down so I could have a clear understanding. Beautiful property, location close to my job but a tad bit out of my budget. The amenities and the open space in the kitchen was eye catching. Bowling alley is cool, great work out rooms, good views and beautiful office. I would recommend but ask for Kevin, just my opinion.

For the past few months I have been in contact with Vic! All the staff are very sweet and informative. This is a huge thing for me as I’d want to live on a property knowing that the staff cares about the community. Stephanie and Megan have helped me so much!
I’ll make an updated review in a few months from now as a move-in update :)

Very impressed! Toured this property last week and am so excited! While they still have some completions to go, I can’t wait for the finished product.
We’re moving from the Baytown location to be closer to Houston and I really love the area and the apartments. The grounds are well kept and the pool is awesome! Love the idea of a bowling alley for an evening in with our friends and can’t wait to start using the gym!
Best part was the apartment. Full size garden tub, large laundry room, plenty of closet space and double sinks!
The staff is extremely professional and I appreciate the attention provided by Jessica. She has been wonderful!
Looking forward to moving closer to Houston and STAYING with THE VIC!!!

I went to visit The Vic yesterday and immediately impressed by everything. Everything was clean and smelled very fresh. Kevin was professional, more than helpful, and answered every question I had. All the staff were friendly. No weird vibes or attitudes at all. The apartments are all fresh and well put together. The amenities are top tier! I literally no notes (other than keep doing what you’re doing!) 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I rarely write a review on Google. I make this an exception as I want to shout out the staff and construction and maintenance team at the Vic on Park Row.
Jessica made the application process from A to Z so seamless. She is professional but also kind to answer my questions. We had a wonderful hard hat tour back when the property was still under construction. Highly recommend her for your go-to person for applications.
Stephanie from the lease office was so lovely and welcoming, accompanying me through the property on my move in. Thanks so much for showing me around again because of course I could not remember all the amenities within the building at my first tour. Haha.
Lastly, the construction and maintenance team helped me carry and bring in my HEAVY packages inside my apartment. They went an extra mile and I’m so grateful for them.
Overall, I am happy and impressed with everything at the Vic at Park Row. Employees and staff are ROCK STARS.
