And even though schools, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more are right around the corner, the gated park-like grounds of Spring Tree (including a community garden, swimming pool and fenced-in dog park) make the hustle and bustle of city life feel far, far away. When you’re not greening it up in the garden, taking a swim at the pool or tackling cardio in the 24-hour community gym, you can kick back and relax in your updated one- or two-bedroom apartment, complete with super-sized closets, in-unit laundry and a private attached balcony or patio.

Spring Tree is a wonderful apartment community. I've lived there for 2 years and the office staff and maintenance personnel have always been very friendly and attentive to the needs of their tenants. The grounds of the complex are fantastic. The community courtyard is a wonderful place to unwind and it makes you feel like you have your own back yard. The private work out area is also nice if you like avoiding a packed gym. Definitely a great place to call home!

I loved every second of living at Spring Tree by Broadmoor! My apartment was spacious and in great condition, the location of the apartment complex is absolutely ideal (the Aksarben area is a three-minute drive away), and the management is friendly, helpful, and prompt to responding to resident questions and concerns. I lived at a Broadmoor-owned property for all four years that I lived in Omaha (I was at River Park for two years and then Spring Tree for two years), and I absolutely LOVE them. Their apartments are a perhaps a bit on the pricier side (although still reasonable), but you get what you pay for. The awesome management and pristine condition of your apartment will be well-worth your extra money.
