When I first moved into this place it was ran poorly by a shady lady and a maintenance dude. They basically covered up a ton of mold in my apartment by painting over it before I moved in. After a couple of weeks I found out and raised hell. The regional manager reached out to me and made it right. They put us up in a hotel, completely fixed the apartment and comped rent. They also fired the manager and maintenance guy and hired new ones. Jennifer the current manager of these apartments is incredible! Every time I have an issue or question she is very responsive and makes sure it gets taken care of right away! She treats you like a human and not just a business transaction and that’s really important to me. The maintenance team are pros and seem to be able to fix anything. The community is fantastic, as well! I have seen zero conflicts or crimes occur since I’ve been here the last two years. It’s just kind hard working people raising their families. And the location is perfect. You would be hard pressed to find a better value than this place. We checked out the other properties and they were $300-400 more for similar apartments. They may have a fresh coat of paint but that’s the only difference. Don’t let the low rates fool you. It’s a bargain!! The reviews you see are from when the old management team was here. If you ask any of the tenants I am sure they will tell you how awesome this management team is and how great of a little neighborhood it is!
