Highly recommend. Great location. Friendly management. Responsive maintenance. Modern finishes. Moved out recently and was pleased with my time in the building. Nice options locally for dining and entertainment. Good schools. Moved for personal reasons and otherwise would have stayed.

I couldn’t be happier with the decision Ive made to move into The Enzo. The building is in an amazing neighborhood and you are not more than a 5 minute walk away from the best of shopping and dining in Sherman Oaks. The management and staff are more than helpful and make it their priority to make sure you are comfortable in your apartment. Everyone in the building is extremely friendly and make for great neighbors.
