I had made 3 maintenance requests and I knew it had been a long time so I went into office and asked about it. Jodi was amazing help and looked it up and apparently there is some stuff they are working through when it come to maintenance. However she spoke to the maintenance crew who are currently there helping out, and they came the very next day and took care of everything. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! 😊 MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY GRATEFUL!!!!

The leasing consultant Jodi was able to answer all my questions and more before I even had to think about them. She knows the area very well which makes it easy for someone like me who is moving from a different area. There is 2 grocery stores across the street along with multiple eateries, the property also look very clean and maintained, I was provided insurance options and WiFi options in case I didn’t already have! Have to say one of the best tours I have taken since starting my search, I still have a few more properties to tour but I highly recommend Karbon Apartments for a tour!
