Community amenities include a fitness center, secure package lockers, and a playground.

We were one of the first tenants to move in and my schedule was extremely busy to look at apartments but Robin was extremely helpful and helped finding me the apartment that I liked. I love how quiet it is since that was one of our biggest things. These apartments are very modern and i just love how the staff is there for anything we need. Definitely recommend!

I visited the Manchester Apartments today and I'd have to say it was a great experience. The office is very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and respectful. The one bedroom I looked at was really nice with stainless appliances and painted with great colors. I liked the fact that it was brand new and in a decent neighborhood.
