This is a great building with reliable management. They do a great job taking care of the interior and exterior of the building. Whenever I have needed any kind of maintenance it has always been a speedy process and the lady who comes is super nice. The hallways and stairways are always clean too!

While apartment hunting a few months ago, I was worried when looking into this property because there were no reviews anywhere. In the past I've had traumatic and horrid apartment experiences, but so far this complex has been nothing shy of perfect. The area is secluded and beautiful. It's surrounded by bird feeders and tall trees, and everyone's always out walking their dog, enjoying the weather. This place is extremely homey and quiet. The location is absolutely perfect for me since I work downtown. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown, sometimes quicker. Anytime I've had any issues, I received service for within 24 hours. The management is caring and organized. Examples: I had a few wasps nests on the porch, and they had someone come and clear it next day after calling. Recently my washer also started cycling improperly, and they had maintenance come fix the same day I emailed the management company about it. They clearly care about their residents and making living here any easy experience. I love this location. Rent prices are great for the area. It's fairly new so condition doesn't feel worn down. Would recommend this for anyone who wants to live in an apartment hassle-free in a beautiful, safe spot close to downtown.
