This place is an amazing place to live! It’s brand new, they have great amenities and I always felt totally safe walking around late at night down in the parking garage. The staff is superb, always responded to anything we needed within 24 hours, and hosted fun social events so tenants could meet each other. It’s walking distance to lots of food, Market of Choice Market, and great views of the city, (sunsets and New Years’ Eve! See pics!!) depending on where your apartment is!! Check it out!!! :-)
Brand new building, great amenities, cleans and safe environment, fun community events, but the staff is what made the difference for me. Ashley and Maliena were the absolute best at what they did and was always so quick to help me with any issues. The best management team I’ve ever experienced. Definitely would recommend living here!
I just moved in and so far everything has been great! Taylor, the leasing agent (and so much more) went above and beyond to make the leasing and move-in process effortless. She’s been a dream to work with. The property itself is beautiful…my apartment is immaculate. The building has all the amenities you could want and is located near everything. Maliena and Georgia in the management office have been great, answering all my questions and smoothing over my move-in bumps (movers, ugh!). And the fellas on the service staff have been likewise friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in SE Portland.
This building’s management is all around fabulous and attentive. In particular, John in maintenance is one of the best maintenance workers I’ve ever come across as a renter. He is quick to respond, friendly, professional, and quite obviously a very hard worker. While I’ve only had to contact maintenance a few times since I moved in, but he never makes me feel like my request is too small or insignificant, is personable, and carries himself very professionally. There hasn’t been a single task he hasn’t been able to do, and do well. He’s gained my trust and respect over the last 9 months living here and I am grateful for his help.

I moved in Christmas week and I have to say my experience here has been wonderful. The leasing staff is amazing and so is maintenance!
I came in with no tour booked in a pinch and leasing staff made a list of units in my price range and we were on our way. By the end of the tour I had applied for the unit I wanted. They even assigned me to a nice spacious parking spot as my vehicle is a bit bulky!
Maintenance is also great! When I moved I had issues with my dryer being a bit loud and taking some time to dry. When I asked them about this I had a new dryer in my unit within hours of the request being sent.
The gym is also SO fancy! I was able to cancel my membership cause they included even more things that apartments never have so this is a huge deal as that savings adds up.

Recently toured with Ashley and she was seriously amazing. She made us feel comfortable for the moment we walked into this beautiful building. Prior to touring, i saw a floor plan i was sold on and then she recommended a floor plan that i ended up loving so much better! Out of my apartment tours so far, she has made me feel the most welcome and really super knowledgeable about the building. This property is on the top of our list. Thanks again, Ashley!! :)

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while and I am so happy with my experience with the Modera Morrison team! The building is brand new so the amenities are top tier. You can’t beat an in unit AC, gas range, and w/d. I’ve watched the building grow as it has filled and this team has it dialed in!

Modera Morrison was a great new community on the east side. Ashley G, was a wonderful leasing agent, she was so thorough in her tour and in sharing her perspectives on the different units, location and more. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to take a look at units and send pics of units I didn’t get to visit. She was incredibly patient with me as I asked my questions, came back for a retour and arrived at my final decisions. Would def recommend Modera Morrison if you want a nice new spot on the east side with a friendly leasing team!
