I'm looking for a new roommmate to move in to a quiet and dreamy second floor 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in NW Portland by the beginning of April. I'm not exactly sure about the room's square footage, but I do know that it's decently sized and has a wonderful view of the treetops outside (just like the spacious living area). Room will be unfurnished. I'm looking for someone who's respectful, clean, mature, and responsible (but awesome) who has a busy schedule like I do. This apartment is a perfect hideaway located at the top of the hill behind Chapman Elementary School, where the Swifts fly every summer, and its adjoining park. You'll get a perfect view of Montgomery Park and the neighborhood below, plus NW 23rd and 21st is just a walk away! Immediate access to bus lines 15, 77, and the streetcar also. If you own a vehicle, a parking spot is provided. All in all, this is a perfect space for the artistically or musically inclined. Lease is month-to-month. Deposit is first and last month. Rent would be split between us, so you'd only have to pay $432.50, as well as half of the power bill and part of the internet/cable. Wi-Fi available. Washer and Dryers are downstairs ($1.00 per load) in the basement, along with an extra storage room to put boxes and such in. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/deck attached to the living room, and the home itself is 420 friendly. No drugs or excessive alcohol consumption, or drama, please.
