We are in our 7th month of living at The Parker and couldn’t be more pleased. Beautiful apartment, buildings and grounds … very clean! The gym is fantastic eliminating the need for a membership elsewhere. The club house and pool area are gorgeous. Management (Malcom) is exceptional and very responsive. Any requests I’ve made for repairs have been made in a very timely manner. We love the area, easy access to dining, shopping and Walnut Creek Recreation Area.
