The amount of value we are getting for a one bedroom here compared to previous Boston residences is astronomical. This place is only a year old, has great amenities like a gym and several comfortable common-areas that make it feel super clean and welcoming. Thank you to Kristen and Wensley for guiding us through the process we are ecstatic to call this place home for as long as we can!

What’s not to like about living in a smart new apartment close to some of the best amenities Washington Square has to offer. A stones throw from Wholefoods, even closer to CVS and there’s no shortage of decent eateries if you don’t fancy rustling something up in your flash new kitchen. Special mention should go to Kristin and Angelica who have an open door policy and are always on hand in the welcoming reception area to make sure you get settled. We’ve been here around three months and have met a number of likeminded happy residents. It’s a great place to live and call home.
