I’ve lived in this building for going on 3 years and I adore it! Management has been SO communicative with issues and maintenance requests. Issues get resolved within 24-48 hours and that’s quite unusual for Philly. I’m currently moving into a larger apt in this building and Rachel has been extremely helpful with this process. The area is great and super walkable to bars and restaurants. If you’re considering moving to Fishtown definitely check the Yellowjacket out. I’d highly recommend it 😄
