Maintenance is very responsive and works well tenants. Consistent issue is water being shut off for repairs on average on 1-2 times a month. Times given are inconsistent and management is giving less than 24 hours of notice (notices seem to be getting put our the night before) which makes planning difficult.

More attention is needed in maintenance requests. Apartments are a little expensive and the apartments lack more up-to-date remodeling.
