I absolutely love living here. My unit is an architectural masterpiece. Florida ceiling windows in both my living room and bedroom. Amazing views. Great layout. And now let’s talk about the staff! The front desk makes you feel so welcomed. if they haven’t seen me in a couple of days, I get a call to make sure I’m OK. The lobby and the building in general are beautiful. They even have an app so that when you want your car to be brought up to the ramp all you need to do is click on a button and when you get downstairs it’s waiting for you. could not be happier.

The Grand has been the best apartment I have lived at so far in LA. Michael Z in the leasing office was patient while I searched through the building to find the right floor plan. When I applied and even now that I have moved in, Michael and the concierge team are easy to get a hold of. I am impressed with the level of detail put into the building. I've never sat in a lobby and wanted to stay there.....! My unit has floor to ceiling windows on the east side of the building. At night I can see the whole city lit up. Two other important things: valet and security. Valet: Never used it other than at a restaurant, but I actually am liking it more than I thought I would at home. The valet team allows me to request my car in advance and has it waiting for me. The management team is open to suggestions for improving the service as well. Security: Appears well staffed. I have lived in buildings before where I was scared to leave the lobby or walk through the garage... here I feel secure because the lobby is always staffed and there is security posted by the lobby, this in addition to the valet staff. I will update my review if anything changes but I am happy with the decision I made to move here.
