About Lincoln Arms Apartments
(RLNE1102245) Lovely one bedroom apartment currently available in our small post-war building in Upper NW, DC close to Chevy Chase Circle and Friendship Heights. Lincoln Arms Apartments is on Connecticut Avenue, but sits back a bit behind some trees and walkway, which adds to its charm. Our small building has 18 one bedroom apartments and very rarely have vacancies. Our one bedroom apartment is approximately 630 sf. Second floor walk-up. New wall to wall carpet. Open kitchen, gas range, built-in microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Window A/C units provided. Hallway coat closet, linen closet and bedroom closet. Coin laundry in the building. Back yard BBQ area and resident vegetable/herb garden. Lincoln Arms is approximately a 10 minute walk to Friendship Heights metro station (red line). We are also on the Connecticut Avenue bus line (L2 / L4). Close to Safeway, Starbucks, Avalon movie theater, CVS, drycleaners, liquor store and restaurants. Application fee is $35 per person. The security deposit is equivalent to one months' rent. We allow cats with a $150 one-time fee deducted from your SD. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed (sorry). Resident pays for cooking gas (approx $5/month) and electricity (approx $20/month and $65/month summer A/C peek). Landlord pays for steam radiator heat and hot water.
