Nova Brighton is a fantastic community to live in, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering moving to the area! I lived here for over 4 years, and recently moved out because we bought our own place. Although we don't live there anymore, we had an amazing time, and we are honestly a little sad to leave. The events are always enjoyable, and there's never any pressure to participate, but I highly recommend attending them! The grab-and-go breakfasts on Wednesdays were also a huge perk and always had great choices! Lucia (the property manager) and the maintenance team are very responsive to any inquiries. With in unit laundry, gated parking, dishwasher, central AC, gym and dog park… the rent is very reasonable for all the amenities. Overall recommend 10/10!

A beautiful, clean and modern apartment. Fairly priced and affordable for the area. My roommate and I came up here for a 3 month work contract without a car. You are in few minutes walking distance from the train stop (Green Line) and bus stops. Walkable distance from Whole Foods and tons of restaurants along the ways. Most things you need are within 1 mile. Property manager is very nice and personal, she knows pretty much everyone and their pets by names and which apartment you are living in. On Wednesdays, the property manager gives us little bakeries and leaves it in the beautiful lobby, which I thought was super nice. There’s a little gym with trend mills and weights and if you’re coming with a pet, it’s not a problem! They even have a small gate pet area. The patio is beautifully lit with patio lights everyone can see from a distance and we are up the hill so it’s pretty looking down. We get a nice skyline view of our area. The area seemed pretty secure, we both get home after 10pm and walk home from the train, never had a problem.
