Sparta505 is a great housing option for students. The amenities are wonderful and I love the 7 study rooms. Ruben is always quick to respond to any fixes or maintenance concerns- you won't be waiting for weeks! Staff is very friendly and I feel very safe and comfortable here.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now, and I couldn't be happier! The location is unbeatable—just about a five-minute walk to campus, which makes getting to classes a breeze. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with spacious common areas that are perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any issues. The maintenance guy, Ruben, is always a great help and fixes any issues super fast. Plus, the amenities, like the gym and study lounges, are fantastic. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live while studying, I highly recommend Sparta505!
