Antelope Manor is an independent senior community, for those 55 and over, located just minutes from I-80 on Antelope Rd, across from Rusch Park, near entertainment, close to Roseville, Sunrise Mall and Marketplace, Costco, and tucked away with mature landscape and shade trees. Our community is tranquil, inviting and offers a comfortable senior environment for those 55 year of age and over. We also have a barbecue area, covered reserved parking, an outdoor lounge and work out area on site. Our spacious floor plans are wonderful, all single story and come equipped with central heat and air, spacious kitchens, washer/dryer hookups, a dishwasher, updated modern flooring and appliances, vaulted/cathedral ceilings, large bedrooms and plenty of inside closet space. Select homes have breakfast bars and patio areas too. This community offers limited access to its residents, on-site laundry and is professionally managed. Residents also enjoy their own personal portal, offering flexible rent payments, online rent payments, payment history, online maintenance work orders and more! I REALLY ENJOY LIVING AT ANTELOPE MANOR FOR SENIORS in Citrus Heights.Lived here almost 3 yrs.and very few maintenance problems and THE MANGER (OCT 31 2018)IS A REAL RELIABLE FRIENDLY **GO GETTER*which is good. GETS the neighbors TOGETHER. Had a very decorated yummy Halloween get together.Well kept grounds! Safe! Thank you..
