Across the street from Safeway, bank, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Great location, close to bus lines and shopping. All 22 units in the complex are the same size, all 2-bedrooms, 1,059 square feet. When you enter, there is a large living room, dining room and kitchen on the main floor. There is also a half bath off the kitchen (toilet and sink). Upstairs, there is a full bath and 2 large bedrooms, one bedroom is slightly larger than the other and has 2 closets instead of 1. Sliding glass door to private, fenced in, small back patio. Residents also get a large storage closet in the storage room or laundry room. We have 3 laundry rooms on the property, no laundry hook-ups in the unit.
