The building recently came under new ownership and management, which significantly elevated the living experience here. Maintenance staff are not only friendly but exceptionally efficient, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. A special shout-out to Cindy, the property manager, who consistently goes above and beyond. Her dedication to tenant comfort and satisfaction is unparalleled, making my time here the best rental experience I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I can’t speak to the rent hike mentioned below as I’ve moved out, but the new management has been much more pleasant and attentive than Dodson was. They’ve made improvements and have made the move out process seamless. Cindy and Carl were both amazing to communicate with.
