I've just recently moved into The Costa Bella Apartments and I'm so happy I did. They're under new management, and have brand new owners. I am in awe that anyone has ever gone through some of the things they profess to have been through. My experience has been nothing less than superb. Granted, I'm a new tenant, but I haven't been witness to any negative. Anything I have EVER asked if the manager, Eve, she has gone over and beyond her way to help. They're still renovating and getting the apartments around the property in tip top shape, but I have all new appliances, a beautiful backsplash, and my company is always shocked when they enter my apartment. I don't have a problem with roaches, and have NEVER seen ANY rats. I have 2 small children that I would NEVER in ANY environment with rodents. This is a safe space for them and myself. Thank you, Eve for doing all that you've done for me and my little family. We're glad to be here at Costa Bella!
