The gated parking has no additional cost! This is a great apartment equipped with the basics at an affordable price and in a convenient location! Spring Move In Special - Half off July 2026 with 13 month lease minimum, move in by 6/19/26! Photos are of actual apartment! App requirements: -Credit score of 550+ -Household monthly net income of 2.5x the rent (monthly bills that appear on the credit report will be factored in so please include all monthly payments!) -Good verifiable residential history -No bankruptcies or evictions within the past 4 years ***Please note that we only hold apartments for up to three weeks and not past the current month. You must be able to move within three weeks of application approval, but the move in cannot be past the current month.
