Lisa made both the signing and moving in processes seamless. She has great attention to detail, and it is evident that she genuinely cares about the apartment complex and her tenants. The building is very well kept and always clean. The apartments are spacious as well. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance to multiple plazas, restaurants, stores, etc. It is also conveniently close to Center City, and has a SEPTA bus stop right in front of the building. I definitely recommend living here.

As a current resident, I can definitely say that the Metropolitan Bala is a great, safe and clean place to live. The location of the apartment is ideal, 10 minutes walk from some great restaurants, grocery stores and short taxi ride into town. The building is always clean and quite, it has its own gym, BBQ area and lobby (great place for studying, free wifi). The maintenance team is friendly and positive. They are always available to help and repair whatever you need. Lisa is a great and professional property manager to work with. Her knowledge, experience and skills at managing occupancy is brilliant. I think she always understands the needs of the tenants and continually assess the tenants' satisfaction as regards the property's amenities. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
